Position Overview:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide programs and multi-project portfolios across the full project lifecycle. This role provides strategic direction, execution governance, and senior-level stakeholder alignment to ensure initiatives are delivered in line with organizational objectives, operational priorities, and customer commitments. The Senior Project Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy, serving as a trusted partner to leadership while driving consistency, discipline, and continuous improvement across delivery teams

What you’ll do as a Senior Project Manager:

  • Own and lead large-scale, enterprise programs and portfolios spanning multiple workstreams, teams,
    and functional areas.
  • Define program strategy, delivery approach, success criteria, and governance models aligned to
    business and customer outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic partner to executive and senior stakeholders, providing recommendations, trade-off
    analysis, and forward-looking insights to support decision-making.
  • Provide functional leadership and mentorship to project managers and cross-functional teams;
    establish delivery standards, best practices, and execution discipline across the PMO.
  • Ensure executive-level visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, milestones, and customer
    impact through concise, insight-driven reporting.
  • Proactively identify and manage enterprise risks, cross-functional dependencies, and systemic issues;
    develop mitigation and contingency strategies to protect delivery outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery, operations, and project
    management practices to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  • Partner closely with service delivery, supply chain, TSC, and operational stakeholders to ensure
    readiness, alignment, and issue resolution across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support complex customer environments by ensuring alignment between contractual commitments, operational execution, and stakeholder expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management within enterprise, services, or multi-customer environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, complex programs and portfolios with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of service delivery operations, SLA-driven environments, and end-to-end execution models.
  • Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and Dynamics 365 CE (or equivalent enterprise tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
  • PMP, PgMP, ITIL, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
